Ruth and I would just like to let everyone know that we are expecting our first baby!
Ruth is now 12 and a half weeks pregnant meaning that our new addition is due in early August!
We had the scan today which was very exciting:
So the next year looks to be a fairly exciting one!
It looks very big in the piccie, how big is it really?

That’s fantastic news, congratulations to you both. It’s a great scan as well. I’m just so excited for you both. Ruth a mum, you’ll be a fantastic mum.
Well, the months are going to flash quickly by.

Excellent news!
I’m really pleased for you, and look forward to cuddling little August when s/he arrives… what do you mean you don’t like the name August – my parents called me January [yeah, right!] but only because they thought February was a silly name! Still, if August doesn’t work, how about September? (What I say is: when you get a good idea, stick to it!)
